I would just like to leave this feedback for Dr. Pham. Regardless of what the outcome may be of me being able to be seen by you i truly do appreciate the professionalism and the quality of care you provided me the one time i did get to meet you. Although you were not my physician at that time you took you time with me and listened as well as checked me to see about the bleeding i was experiencing. I appreciate how understanding and amazing you were especially with all ive been dealing with for months now. I pray that i am able to continue my care with you because sometimes we just really need a friendly attentative and understanding person to take the time and listen when we are dealing with alot. So i just want to thankyou from the bottom of my heart for the care and compassion show in just my one visit with you and i pray I am able to continue my care with you.

Dr. Pham is amazing! However, the staff at the Pomona location gave me lots of trouble. I called to make an appointment, and when I came, I was told there was no appointment for me. The staff did not submit it through. I took the day off of work to make time for this appointment, but the office manager had a “that’s not my problem” attitude, although it was the fault of the office, not mine! She would not let me in for the day. I left and I ended up called the Ontario location and rescheduling my appointment.

I’ve had a difficult time finding a good gynecologist since the one I was going to retired. I was pretty nervous about going to a new one because of previous bad experiences and have been putting it off for awhile. I had an appointment with Dr.Dahliwal, she was very nice and addressed all of my concerns. The wait was short, staff was nice and helpful. I have PCOS and have had issues with my doctors dismissing it or really just being very unhelpful when I had brought up concerns. She didn’t and scheduled a follow up call for a few weeks down the road which was all the more reassuring. Overall good experience and will be returning.

All the things was good, perfect. The doctor was very kind. EXCEPT THE FRONT DESK PERSON I COULD TELL SHE COMES FROM TAIWAN BY HER ACCENT, IS VERY RUDE AND BAD ATTITUDE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION!!!

I can’t recommend Dr. Oliver enough. Although I know they are busy, I never feel rushed during my appointments. I feel they have truly been on top of any possible harmful scenarios for me and my baby from day one. I have felt completely safe and cared for during my high risk pregnancy. Also, I love all of the staff. Everyone is welcoming and I always have fun seeing the girls. When I tell people in town who my doctor is, they always say what great things they have heard about her or tell me their personal Dr. Oliver story. Sometimes life saving and she wasn’t even their doctor, just who they ended up with in an emergency and they are grateful! My baby is due any day now, I’m confident Dr. Oliver will deliver my baby in the same calm, cautious and knowledgeable manner she has treated us my entire pregnancy.

I was a couple minutes late for my depo shot follow up. I was still seen quickly. Medical assistant is always nice and attentive. Nurse practitioner for Dr. Oliver is sweet and answers all my questions !

I absolutely love this Dr. office. Staff is friendly. Jan is a sweet heart, and Dr Oliver is amazing at what she does.
