About Dr. Sarkar
Dr. Srijita Sarkar is an ObGyn committed to providing exceptional healthcare at every stage of life. Dr. Sarkar grew up locally, in Chino Hills, CA. She completed her undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and psychology at Case Western Reserve University. She completed medical school at Ross University school of Medicine, and her residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center outside of Philadelphia. After spending considerable time in the Midwest and East Coast, she is thrilled to be back in her community, eager to serve as your Obstetrician and Gynecologist.
Fully trained in obstetrics including high risk pregnancies and deliveries as well as gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive and robotic surgery, Dr. Sarkar brings a comprehensive skill set to her practice. Her commitment to patient-centered care is reflected in her passion for increasing access to healthcare, tailored to individual needs.
Outside of medical practice, Dr. Sarkar enjoys event and wedding planning, audiobooks, and the waves at Huntington Beach. She loves dance choreography, traveling the world, and dining at diverse cuisines throughout southern California.
Dr. Sarkar speaks English and Bengali fluently, and can communicate moderately well in Spanish, Hindi, and Urdu
