Dr. Kelly Ghislaine Smith recently relocated out to California to practice OB/GYN. She grew up in a small town in New Jersey 15 miles outside ofNew York City. She began her medical studies as a pre-med student at Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a major in psychology. She continued her education with Georgetown University receiving her master's in physiology. Then, she attended medical school in Miami, FL at FIU Herbert Wertheim College ofMedicine. After medical school, she returned to New Jersey to complete her residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital associated with Rutgers in Livingston, NJ. There she became proficient at not only vaginal deliveries and c-sections but also laparoscopic and robotic surgeries of all types. It was always a dream of hers to move out to California and she is excited to be your doctor.
Her hobbies include spending time with her husband and dog. She's played many sports including soccer, basketball, lacrosse, cross country running, swimming, tennis, and golf. She tries to stay active when she can. With the influence of her sisters, she was able to do modeling in NYC Fashion week for fun. She loves all types of food and loves exploring all the restaurants in her new hometown.
